BATTLE OF CHICKAMAUGA HIGH SCHOOL CLASSIC participants please read this!!
CONNECTSCALE VIRTUAL TOURNAMENT -
We're looking for 40 boats to participate in a TEST that will happen during the 2019 Battle of Chickamauga High School Open Classic. (simultaneously)
We're partnering with ConnectScale to conduct a virtual tournament DURING the Battle of Chickamauga to the first 40 boats that respond to us wanting to participate.
ConnectScale has developed the top "state of the art" app for catch, weigh and release formats and we're wanting to help develop the technology for future use in events. We think the "Battle" is the perfect place to prove the technology.
The creator of the ConnectScale and the app system behind the scale will be on site Friday night to meet with those who want to participate and help develop this technology.
Here are the highlights -
1.) You must be a participant in the 2019 Battle of Chickamauga.
2.) You must use a ConnectScale and the virtual tournament app for this test.
3.) If you don't already have a Connect Scale, they will be offering them to Battle participants for $49.00 at Friday nights meeting. (Regular retail is $69)
- $5 of each scale purchase will go back to your club.
4.) This will be a NO ENTRY FEE virtual tournament with the winner claiming $500 (based on 40 boats) plus payouts.
5.) Those who participate will have a virtual tournament meeting after the Battle of Chickamauga pre-tournament meeting with Connect Scale officials to walk through this event and how to participate. The Boat Captain will help weigh and record the catch into the app. The great thing about this app, is that friends and family can track your updates as you enter your catch once they download the app. This will also give the boat captains a way to help develop the technology and the app.
6.) In this test, you will NOT release your catch but bring them to the scales for the Battle of Chickamauga official weigh in.
7.) Contact for details : email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org or call Scott @ 615.519.2462 cell.
8.) We will see you Friday evening at the Battle meeting!
Help us to improve the future of high school fishing!!
